Order confirmation emails do not guarantee acceptance until the order is processed.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be received in full before production begins.

We use third-party payment processors and do not store full payment card details.

Custom Content and Personalization

By uploading photos, text, or other materials, you confirm you own or have permission to use the content and grant us a limited license to use it solely to fulfill your order.

We are not responsible for issues resulting from low-quality images or incorrect personalization details provided by the customer.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because products are custom-made, orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun.

Returns, Refunds, and Guarantee

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect personalization details.

We proudly offer an Unlimited Day Guarantee.

If your item arrives defective, damaged in transit, or produced incorrectly compared to your order details, we will replace the item free of charge or issue a refund, at our discretion. Photo evidence is required.

Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. While delivery dates are not guaranteed, we make every reasonable effort to meet the estimated timeframes shown.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect addresses.

If your order arrives damaged, you may submit photo proof and we will provide a replacement at no cost.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site is the property of Gibbs Monogram or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes, uploading malicious code, or violating intellectual property rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties
